H 2K, ανακοίνωσε επίσημα πλέον, το WWE 2K19 και ο WWE Heavyweight Champion όπου θα κοσμεί το εξώφυλλο θα είναι ο AJ Styles. Το νέο παιχνίδι στη σειρά θα φέρει ένα τεράστιο roster, συμπεριλαμβανομένων WWE Superstars, Legends, Hall of Famers και NXT. Δυστυχώς, το roster για την ώρα είναι άγνωστο. Το παιχνίδι θα περιλαμβάνει επίσης διαφορετικούς τύπους match και καινούργια εργαλεία δημιουργίας. Τέλος ανακοινώθηκε η ημερομηνία κυκλοφορίας όπου θα είναι στις 5 Οκτωβρίου για PlayStation 4, Xbox One και PC.
